Train with experts from your own home. (See description above). Mainly involves ‘boxercise’, which is shadow boxing, copying the trainer on the screen. Beneficial to improve balance, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, strength, social confidence and mobility. Can be done in a group support setting. Meet members of the community, current clients of Able2B and other like minded people.
