Rebound Therapy

Rebound therapy is a form of therapeutic exercise that uses a trampoline to promote physical and sensory development. Commonly used for individuals with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or sensory processing disorders. Sessions are carefully structured and supervised to ensure safety and effectiveness, making rebound therapy a valuable tool in both rehabilitation and special education settings. Improves: strength, muscle tone, relaxation, balance, special awareness, social awareness, free movement, bowel function, chest and lung movement.
