At Able2B, everyone begins with an initial assessment. This allows us to understand your needs, abilities, and goals, while also giving you the opportunity to meet our team, see our services in action, and decide what feels right for you. Following the assessment, we can recommend the most suitable pathway and provide accurate cost information.

Current Pricing:

• Initial Assessment: £50

• 1:1 Sessions: £30 (30 minutes)

• Group Classes: £40/month (1 class per week, 40 minutes)

• Swimspa / Rebound Therapy: £45 (one trainer) or £55 (two trainers)

• Online Virtual Classes: Free (3 sessions per week)
