Why Choose our Training and Courses?

At Able2B, we focus on ability, not disability. Many individuals with chronic conditions or disabilities are often defined by what they can’t do, rather than what they can.

Our training helps coaches, gyms, and personal trainers shift perspective, empowering clients while improving confidence, function, and independence.

By learning from our tutors’ extensive expertise, you’ll gain the skills to:

  • Deliver adapted sessions safely and effectively

  • Understand functional assessment principles and sports medicine insights

  • Expand your services to reach a more diverse clientele

  • Make your business more inclusive and successful

Able2B works with children and adults with a disability to improve day to day function. Using medical expertise in functional assessment and Sports' Medicine principles alongside experienced coaches, we aim to show individuals just what can be achieved.

Our concepts focus on ability rather than their disability. We all have things we are good at and bad at, with most of us not focusing on our weaknesses. With a chronic condition however, the ‘label’ causes the individual and those around them to focus on those weaknesses, often forgetting the individual and their talents behind the illness itself. This disempowers the individual and affects independence.

Our training courses are aimed to inspire other coaches, gym owners and personal trainers to learn from our experience to have the confidence to expand reach not only helping more people Discover Their Ability but making businesses more inclusive and successful.

"An out-standing team with clear passion in what they do and wish to achieve. I learnt so much in such a short period of time"
